Once again this year we held a celebration for the vocational trainees in our centre’s. This year’s event took in even more meaning as we celebrated the memory of the late Development Action Society (DAS) founder Sheela Sengupta in a competition of items made by the trainees with Sheela’s daughter Ishani among the judges. Many of our committee members were present and in particular it was great for Edel McCormack in attendance as she has been a huge supporter of vocational training for many years now. The night was a huge success with the trainees being able to highlight their talents to all present. Check out the highlight video of the celebration event here
